Joe is the Director of Bright Star Boxing Academy and has won various national awards for his coaching work. As a boxer he has won national tournaments and has coached boxers to a very high standard. Joe has been able to work with some of the top coaches and boxers in the county and is extremely passionate about the sport.

Lou is a qualified England Boxing Level 2 Coach - the first female to qualify in Shropshire! She started her boxing career competing in a charity bout and fell in love with the sport before moving into amateur boxing and training to coach at Bright Star Boxing Academy. Lou is qualified in Mental Health First Aid, Managing Challenging Behaviour and has completed various inclusive workshops. She particular enjoys coaching junior boxers and supporting females who are interested in joining the sport as well as working with various groups in the local community.
